What This Service Actually Involves

Air conditioners fail on the hottest week of the year — that's not bad luck, it's physics; the heat wave is exactly when a weak capacitor or dirty coil finally can't keep up. Our repair visits start with a callback that comes fast and a technician who diagnoses the actual fault before quoting the fix.

The cheaper path is the spring cleaning: coils washed, refrigerant charge verified, electrical components tested, condensate drain cleared. A clean, tuned system cools better, dehumidifies properly, and costs less to run all summer. We service most makes and models — including the ones we didn't install.

  • Fast callbacks on most makes and models — urgency understood
  • Diagnosis and firm pricing before any repair begins
  • Spring tune-ups: coil cleaning, charge check, electrical testing, drain clearing
  • Honest repair-or-replace math on aging systems

“My furnace went out and I called them at 8pm. The service tech (Tyler) came out to try and get it up and running again… He ran me through my options for my almost 30 year old furnace and was straight forward and honest with me… Both Mitch and Tyler offered to loan me space heaters to keep my family warm… They’re honest, straight forward, and very professional. I WILL be recommending them every chance I get!”

“We called to get an estimate on getting a whole home humidifier install and they were able to have someone come out the next day… Installation went great and the guys let us know what they were doing the whole time and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond and provided great customer service from our first phone call, through the process, and a follow up phone call after the work was complete.”

“Outstanding service, 3 person crew was professional and polite. Crew was thorough and not afraid to answer any questions. Once our central air conditioner was installed and operational they were great with explaining our new thermostat and functions of it and the unit.”

Questions We Hear About AC Repair & Cleaning

Why is there ice on my air conditioner?

Ice means airflow or refrigerant trouble — a filthy filter, blocked coil, or a charge leak. Shut it off and let it thaw before we arrive; running it iced can damage the compressor, which is the expensive part.

How often should AC be cleaned?

Annually, ideally in spring. A dirty condenser coil can quietly cost you a meaningful slice of cooling capacity and efficiency all season — cleaning it is cheap capacity.

The AC runs but the house stays humid — why?

Often an oversizing or airflow issue: the system cools the air too fast to wring the moisture out. A tune-up visit can verify charge and airflow; if it's a sizing problem we'll tell you straight.

Do you service ACs you didn't install?

Yes — most makes and models, gladly. Good service is how a lot of our longest customer relationships started.
