Our Culture
A Close-Knit Shop, Three Generations In
For more than a century, this family company has kept central and northcentral Wisconsin comfortable — a Bryant factory-authorized dealer, among the top installers of ductless home-comfort systems in the area, with the family's hearth showroom under the same roof. Three generations in, the work still runs on the grandfather's rules: do it right, treat people well.
The shop itself is informal and close-knit — people persons, team players, and the kind of fun-loving crew that ends up at baseball games together. Our employees say the ownership makes this a great place to work, and the fifty-year customers in our service files say the same thing from the other side of the counter.
