What This Service Actually Involves

Indoor air complaints rarely announce their cause: the family wakes up congested, dust returns a day after cleaning, the house smells stale by February. The fix might be filtration, might be humidity, might be ventilation — and guessing wrong buys equipment that doesn't solve it.

Our air quality service starts with the symptoms and the house itself — how tight it is, what the ductwork looks like, what the humidity is actually doing season to season. Then we recommend the fix that matches, in plain language, from a shop that would rather solve your problem with a settings change than sell you a machine you don't need.

  • A symptom-first assessment of the house's air
  • Humidity, filtration, and ventilation evaluated together
  • Plain-language findings and right-fit recommendations — the cause, not a catalog
  • Follow-through installation and service by our own crew

How It Works

Three Steps, No Runaround

1

Tell Us the Symptoms

Congestion, dust, odors, staleness, window condensation — the pattern matters.

2

The Honest Assessment

We look at the whole picture — system, ductwork, humidity, and how the house breathes.

3

Fix the Actual Cause

The right equipment or adjustment, installed and verified — not a shelf of gadgets.

“My furnace went out and I called them at 8pm. The service tech (Tyler) came out to try and get it up and running again… He ran me through my options for my almost 30 year old furnace and was straight forward and honest with me… Both Mitch and Tyler offered to loan me space heaters to keep my family warm… They’re honest, straight forward, and very professional. I WILL be recommending them every chance I get!”

“My wife and I are so very happy with Merrill Sheet Metal Works!! On time to the minute, absolutely wonderful Bryant Furnace Installation work. It felt like my family was installing my furnace. Total Care! Our home is Safe and Warm!”

“We called to get an estimate on getting a whole home humidifier install and they were able to have someone come out the next day… Installation went great and the guys let us know what they were doing the whole time and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond and provided great customer service from our first phone call, through the process, and a follow up phone call after the work was complete.”

“Outstanding service, 3 person crew was professional and polite. Crew was thorough and not afraid to answer any questions. Once our central air conditioner was installed and operational they were great with explaining our new thermostat and functions of it and the unit.”

Questions We Hear About Air Quality Services

How do I know if my air quality is bad?

Your house tells you: morning congestion that clears when you leave, fast-returning dust, lingering odors, winter window condensation, a musty basement. Any of those patterns is worth an assessment.

Do you test for radon or mold?

We assess the comfort-and-equipment side of air quality — filtration, humidity, ventilation. For specialized radon or mold testing we'll point you to the right local resources, honestly, rather than pretend it's our lane.

What does an assessment cost?

Ask when you schedule — it's a modest visit, and if equipment follows we'll say so plainly with real numbers. No mystery invoices is a house rule older than the furnace business.

Can better filtration replace duct cleaning?

They solve different problems. Filtration manages what circulates; genuinely dirty ductwork is its own issue. We'll tell you which you're looking at after we've actually looked.
