What This Service Actually Involves

A furnace is a twelve-to-fifteen-year decision, and in northcentral Wisconsin it does more work than almost any appliance you own. That's why we don't quote furnaces off a phone call. A Comfort Advisor comes out, measures the real house — square footage, insulation, ductwork, the rooms that never quite warm up — and sizes a Bryant system to the load, not the brochure.

We install Bryant because we're a factory-authorized dealer and because it's the equipment we're willing to stand behind — high-efficiency models that earn their keep against a Wisconsin heating bill. Your installation is done by our own crew, permitted and inspected where required, and cleaned up so completely the new furnace is the only evidence we were there.

  • In-home visit with a Comfort Advisor — measurements, load calculation, straight options
  • Bryant equipment matched to your home and budget, explained in plain language
  • Installation by our own crew — venting, gas, electrical connections, and controls
  • Old-unit removal, warranty registration, and a walkthrough before we leave

“My furnace went out and I called them at 8pm. The service tech (Tyler) came out to try and get it up and running again… He ran me through my options for my almost 30 year old furnace and was straight forward and honest with me… Both Mitch and Tyler offered to loan me space heaters to keep my family warm… They’re honest, straight forward, and very professional. I WILL be recommending them every chance I get!”

“We called to get an estimate on getting a whole home humidifier install and they were able to have someone come out the next day… Installation went great and the guys let us know what they were doing the whole time and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond and provided great customer service from our first phone call, through the process, and a follow up phone call after the work was complete.”

“Outstanding service, 3 person crew was professional and polite. Crew was thorough and not afraid to answer any questions. Once our central air conditioner was installed and operational they were great with explaining our new thermostat and functions of it and the unit.”

Questions We Hear About Furnace Installation

How long does a furnace last in Wisconsin?

Twelve to fifteen years is the honest life expectancy in colder-climate states like ours. If yours is in that range and repairs are stacking up, it's worth pricing a replacement before it quits in January.

What size furnace do I need?

The one matched to your house — not the biggest one. Oversized furnaces short-cycle, wear out faster, and heat unevenly. Our Comfort Advisor runs the numbers on your actual square footage, insulation, and ductwork before recommending anything.

Do you install brands other than Bryant?

We're a factory-authorized Bryant dealer, so Bryant is what we recommend and install for forced-air systems — it's equipment we can stand behind with factory support. For boiler systems we'll talk through the right fit for your home.

Can my furnace really be the only heat source?

Yes — we won't sell you a furnace unless it can carry the house as the primary source of heat. Fireplaces and stoves make wonderful backup and zone heat, and the family's other company handles those, but the furnace has to do the job on its own.
